Frequently asked questions
Weekend slots are £130 each — 10am–4pm or 5pm–11pm on Saturdays and Sundays. Weekday evenings (Mon–Fri, 8pm–11pm) are £65. You can book as many slots as you need and the total adds up as you choose. During madrasah holidays, weekday full-day slots also open at the weekend rate.
The hall is provided on a dry-hire basis — the space itself, nothing else. Bring your own furniture, equipment and materials. There are no kitchen or food-warming facilities on site, and gas burners or similar are not allowed inside.
Send a booking request online. Once the masjid approves it, you'll receive a secure card payment link by email for the full amount. Your booking is confirmed the moment payment is received.
No shoes inside the building (notices show where slippers are fine), classrooms are out of bounds, and the hall must be left clean — floors hoovered, surfaces wiped, and all rubbish bagged and taken to the large bin in the masjid car park.
If the premises are needed for a funeral on the same day, the masjid may cancel your booking with a full refund. The hall is also unavailable during madrasah operating hours.
